The Role: Project Manager

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead our legal / compliance projects and ensure the smooth adoption of project outcomes by our clients. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional results while navigating dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end legal / compliance projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Collaborate with legal managers and advisors to ensure efficient resource allocation and expertise sourcing.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate adoption of new tools, processes, or roles within client organizations.
• Use advanced project management tools and techniques to drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and 2–5 years of experience in a B2B project manager role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience in legal, compliance, or consulting contexts required.
• Fluent in English + proficiency in an additional language (Dutch or French is a bonus).
